Will my transfer take me direct to my accomodation entrance.

Whilst we endeavour to operate a door to door service with our transfers, on some occasions this may not be possible. Where it is not physically possible for us to access certain hotels & apartments, due to their location i.e. old town, beach front & local festivities, we will always ensure you are taken to the nearest drop off point. We will not be responsible for payment of local taxis.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person(s) who is/are thought to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

In this instance, no refund will be issued.

You will be charged €100 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger!

What is your smoking policy?

In line with European regulations, we operate a complete no smoking policy in all our vehicles used. Anyone found smoking will be removed from the vehicle.

Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the vehicles is not permitted.

Do I need to tip the driver?

The fare paid does not include a driver tip. As is standard across the world these days, if you feel your driver has been friendly, helpful and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
