A one-way price will include a single journey, either from Malaga Airport to your accommodation or from your accommodation to Malaga Airport. A return booking includes both the arrival and departure transfer from Malaga Airport to accommodation upon arrival and from accommodation to Malaga Airport on departure.

Infants or children count as one person. There are strict Spanish laws regarding children and infants in car seats, so as they take up a seat, they are considered to be a passenger.

If your plans change before departure, simply contact us on 00 34 654 646 359 or email us and we will amend your details accordingly. Please note that you will be responsible for any increase in the transfer price if the new resort/hotel is further away from the airport.

You may cancel your booking at any time, but cancellation charges will apply.

Don’t worry, your driver will be informed and collect you at your new arrival time.

If your outbound flight is cancelled, please call the emergency number 00 34 654 646 359, which you can find on your booking confirmation. By advising them of the flight cancellation and any new details of your arrival, they will be able to reschedule your transfer. Please note extra costs may apply should the new arrival time attract night rate charges or there has been an airport change.

Our website will allow you to book your chosen transfer up to 48 hours prior to departure, however, if you require a transfer within 48 hours, please call on 00 34 662 052 633 and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

We are able to accommodate one suitcase and a piece of hand luggage per person. If you are travelling with excess luggage, for example, pushchairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis or any other out-of-the-ordinary items, we must be made aware as extra charges maybe applicable. Failure to do so will result in additional charges incurred by the passengers locally.

If you are traveling with a wheelchair please ensure you contact us prior to you booking on 00 34 654 646 359 to ensure we can provide a suitable vehicle.

We hold full public liability insurance. We do however recommend that you hold a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of your trip. The customer’s property/baggage is carried in our vehicles at the owner’s risk.

Whilst we endeavour to operate a door-to-door service with our transfers, on some occasions this may not be possible. Where it is not physically possible for us to access certain hotels & apartments, due to their location i.e. old town, beachfront & local festivities, we will always ensure you are taken to the nearest drop-off point. We will not be responsible for the payment of local taxis.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person(s) who is/are thought to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

In this instance, no refund will be issued and you will be charged €100 to cover cleaning costs in the event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.

As per European regulations, we operate a complete no-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Anyone found smoking will be removed from the vehicle. Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the vehicles is also not permitted.

Your transfer fare does not include a driver tip. As is standard across the world these days, if you feel your driver has been friendly, helpful and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.

Every effort is made to get to you and to get you to your destination on time safely and comfortably. However, some circumstances are beyond our control, such as:

  • Adverse or severe weather conditions
  • Road traffic accidents
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Industrial action by third parties
  • Problems caused by other customers
  • The vehicle being held or delayed by a Police officer or Government official
  • Transfers Del Sol will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of delay due to circumstances out of their control

If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will endeavour to meet your request wherever possible.

You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Transfers Del Sol shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. Transfers Del Sol cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.

Transfers Del Sol shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Transfers Del Sol be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.

All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.

Transfers Del Sol shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather, terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the vehicle breaks down during your journey Transfers Del Sol will endeavour to arrange an alternative vehicle to complete the journey as soon as practicable.

You shall indemnify Transfers Del Sol against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.

Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation, or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.

Transfers Del Sol may subcontract its obligations under this Agreement.  You shall not assign, transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.

Transfers Del Sol may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.  Please review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. All existing bookings will be at the rate quoted or applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.

Transfers Del Sol shall store, process and use all information regarding your details in  accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

This Agreement and any accompanying quotation represent the entire agreement between you and Transfers Del Sol in relation to its subject matter.  If there is any discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer any benefit on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, and no third party shall have the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement except where otherwise agreed in writing.
